You get a replacement warranty for 15 days from the purchase. In any case of a defective product or not matching with the description, you are requested to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Also, please send us the photo of faulty products to [email protected] The replacement is initiated only after confirmation. We will ensure that all your issues are taken care of either through replacement or credits for another purchase. In any case, you receive the wrong item, you are requested to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ensure to replace it with the correct items.
PLEASE NOTE: The replacement warranty does not hold true for accidental damage, misuse, water damage of the purchased item.
- The products must be in original package. If damaged or used by the customer, the items will not be eligible for replacement.
- To request the return authorization number, send us an email to [email protected] by attaching the photo or video of the damaged item that supports your reason. After confirmation, you will get the RA number and an address of the nearest warehouse where you can return the product.
- Make sure to keep the track of your replacement order since we will not be responsible if the items are lost.
- You are responsible for shipping costs which are not refundable.
